Dear Friend, we pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. (3 Jn. 1-2)

Throughout this page are a few healing scriptures that we read, study and confess over our lives and the lives of those we love and care about who are experiencing health challenges.  The word of God encourages us and strengthens us and we hope you will find these scriptures a wonderful encouragement too!

O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me. (Ps. 30:2)

He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.  (Ps. 107:20)

A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.  (Prov. 17:22)

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. (Is. 53:5)

Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise. (Jer. 17:14)

The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed." (Matt. 8:8)

She said to herself, "If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed."  Jesus turned and saw her. "Take heart, daughter," he said, "your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that moment. (Matt. 9:21-22)

One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.  He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him - and he was a Samaritan.  (Lk. 17:15-16)

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.  (1 Jn. 5:14-15)

Worship the LORD your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span. (Ex. 23:25-26)

When the sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them. (Lk. 4:40)

When he heard this, Jesus said, "This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that God's Son may be glorified through it." (Jn. 11:4)

When the men came to Jesus, they said, "John the Baptist sent us to you to ask, 'Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?' "

At that very time Jesus cured many who had diseases, sicknesses and evil spirits, and gave sight to many who were blind. So he replied to the messengers, "Go back and report to John what you have seen and heard: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor. (Lk. 7:20-22)

"Now may the Lord's strength be displayed, just as you have declared . . ." (Num. 14:17)
